Wherever you put it, Reminders’ control offers a handy popup that provides quick access to several crucial data parameters you need in creating the reminders. You can change the list, or add a note, due date, location, or flag.
iOS 26 adds Reminders Integration for Phone Call Follow-Ups

iOS 26 includes several improvements to the Phone app, including a new integration with Reminders.
Within your recent calls list, you can now swipe left to reveal a new “Remind” button. Tapping this button allows you to set a “Call Back Reminder” for one hour later,later today,tomorrow,or a custom time.
The new reminder is created in the Reminders app with a direct link back to the call, and it will also be prominently displayed in the Phone app itself.
