Zelensky Urges Careful Consideration of Ukraine Peace Process

Every step of the US-led peace process for Ukraine must be carefully considered to ensure lasting peace and security, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said today.

“Ukraine works in the most constructive way possible,” Zelensky emphasized in a statement published on Telegram.

Earlier, he delivered a video address to participants of the Fourth Parliamentary Summit of the International Platform for Crimea in Stockholm. Zelensky stated it was vital to uphold the principles underpinning Europe: “borders cannot be changed by force; war criminals must not escape justice; the aggressor must pay in full for the war he started.” He added that decisions regarding frozen Russian assets are essential.
