Miss Ivory Coast Renounces Title and Reveals Concerns Over Miss Universe Contest

Olivia Yacé, Miss Ivory Coast, has relinquished her titles of Miss Universe Africa and Oceania amidst revelations and concerns surrounding the recent miss Universe competition. These developments follow statements made by the pageant’s owner, Raul Rocha, who indicated that Yacé would have faced significant challenges in fulfilling the duties associated with the crown due to financial requirements.

Olivia Yacé released a statement on Monday announcing she is breaking all ties with the pageant, choosing rather to focus on her personal and professional growth as an ambassador and beauty queen.
