Hope Chapel Sterling Completes Expansion On Time and Under Budget

STERLING, CT – Hope Chapel in Sterling, Connecticut, dedicated its newly completed 15,000-square-foot expansion on Sunday, January 11, 2026. The project, completed on schedule and within its financial constraints, stands as a testament too community faith and effective project management.

Rick Utenis, a Connecticut-based carpenter, coordinated the entire expansion process. He oversaw all aspects of construction, ensuring the project adhered to timelines and budgetary goals.
