MILAN, Italy – Germany secured a spot in the quarter-finals of the Olympic men’s ice hockey tournament on Tuesday, defeating France 5-1 in a play-off match. The victory sets up a challenging quarter-final clash against Slovakia on Wednesday.
Draisaitl Leads German Charge
Edmonton Oilers star Leon Draisaitl played a pivotal role in Germany’s win, scoring one goal and contributing two assists.
