Miyazaki, Japan – Doosan Group Chairman Park Jeong-won, owner of the Doosan Bears, has urged the team to restore the reputation of baseball, reiterating his commitment to success during a visit to the team’s spring training camp in Miyazaki, Japan, on February 25, 2026.
First Spring Tournament Game
The Bears played their first game of the Nine Spring Tournament against the Seibu Lions of Japan’s professional baseball league at San Marine Stadium. Doosan lost the match with a score of 3-6. Following the game, Chairman Park exchanged greetings with coach Kim Won-hyung and the team.
Encouragement and Financial Support
Park Jeong-won personally presented encouragement money to team captain Yang Eui-ji to boost morale. He also offered words of encouragement to players Flexen and Cameron.
