Myles Borne Crowned New NXT North American Champion
Myles Borne is the new NXT North American Champion, defeating Ethan Page in a hard-fought match on the February 17th, 2026, episode of “WWE NXT.” The victory came just before Page would have reached the milestone of becoming the longest-reigning North American Champion in NXT history.
Match Details and Interference
Borne focused his attack on Page’s ankle, an area he previously targeted the week before. The match saw a back-and-forth exchange of momentum, with Page delivering an Ego’s Edge both on the commentary desk and in the ring. Despite Page’s efforts, including a superplex from the top turnbuckle, Borne continued to fight back.
The match was further complicated by outside interference. The Vanity Project attempted to assist Borne, with Jackson Drake hitting him with the EVOLVE Championship while the referee was distracted. However, Hank and Tank, along with Shiloh Hill, intervened to even the odds. Ricky Saints then positioned himself on the ropes, ready to attack Borne, but NXT Champion Joe Hendry appeared to thwart Saints’ attempt.
