Early Life and Career
Born on November 14, 1974, in Pekanbaru, Riau, Kasmarni received her education at SDN 010 Pekanbaru, SMPN 15 Rumbai, Setia Dharma high school, and later earned degrees from the University of Riau and Surabaya Technology University. Prior to becoming Regent, Kasmarni held various positions within the Riau provincial and Bengkalis Regency governments, including roles in the General Bureau of the Riau Regional Secretary and the Bengkalis Regency Government.
