Role and Responsibilities

  • Informing patients of any delays or changes in appointment status.
  • Scheduling appointments as necessary.
  • For PSRs in Immediate Care Clinics (ICC), floating to other ICCs/departments as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Candidates for the Patient Service Representative position should possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Zero to two years of experience in a customer service position.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Bilingual proficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $18.64 to $25.16, with placement within the range dependent on factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity.
