Financial Performance Overview

Consolidated revenues for fiscal year 2025 reached $31.6 million, a slight decrease compared to the $32.0 million reported for fiscal year 2024 . This revenue was primarily driven by $31.4 million in processing and storage fees, $54,000 in product revenue, and $130,000 in public banking revenue. In contrast, fiscal year 2024 saw $31.6 million in processing and storage fees, $68,000 in product revenue, and $367,000 in public banking revenue .

Despite consistent processing and storage revenue, Cryo-Cell International experienced a net loss of $2.4 million, or $0.30 per basic and diluted share, in fiscal year 2025. This contrasts with the net income of $402,000, or $0.05 per basic and diluted share, reported in fiscal year 2024 .

Impairment Charge

A significant factor contributing to the net loss was a $4.4 million impairment charge recognized in the fourth quarter of 2025. This charge was due to changes in sales trends and a revised assessment of the recoverability of costs capitalized into inventory, leading to a reduction in the public inventory’s value from cost to net realizable value .
