TOTO’s Aurora Washlet+ S7A: A Modern Era of Bathroom Technology
TOTO USA unveiled its Aurora™ WASHLET®+ S7A One-Piece Bidet Toilet with the revolutionary INTEGRAVITY SYSTEM™ flush engine at the 2026 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), signaling a shift towards sculptural design, precision engineering and immersive experiences in bathroom technology.
The INTEGRAVITY System: Redefining Clean
The Aurora Washlet Plus S7A addresses a common bathroom challenge – incomplete rim cleaning with standard flushing systems. TOTO’s new Integravity System, showcased at KBIS 2026, utilizes a dual-valve, gravity-driven flush engine. This system employs rim wash and siphon-jet action in sequence to ensure a more thorough and lasting clean. It works in conjunction with TOTO’s Tornado-style flushing and the Cefiontect ceramic bowl glaze, which prevents mold and grime buildup, achieving 360-degree bowl coverage in a single flush.
Beyond Cleaning: Features and Efficiency
Beyond its enhanced cleaning capabilities, the Aurora Washlet Plus is designed for water efficiency, using just 1 or 1.28 gallons per flush. This is below the current U.S. Environmental Protection Agency federal standard of 1.6 gallons per flush, resulting in a water savings of at least 0.32 gallons per flush.
Integrated Bidet Technology and Self-Cleaning Features
The Aurora Washlet Plus integrates bidet functionality with self-cleaning features. The bidet wand is automatically cleaned before and after each use with electrolyzed water (Ewater Plus), and the bowl is pre-misted to prevent debris from adhering. The toilet also incorporates a stain-resistant Clean Resin material for both the wand and seat, further simplifying maintenance.
Design and Inspiration
Inspired by the Aurora Borealis, the Aurora Washlet Plus features a fluid silhouette and is intended to redefine bathroom luxury through a balance of form and technology. TOTO aims to transform everyday routines into moments of calm and wellness.
Manufacturing and Market Commitment
TOTO, with annual sales exceeding $4.8 billion, has reinforced its commitment to the North American market with a major new production facility in Morrow, Georgia, launched in 2025, building upon its U.S.-based manufacturing that began in 1991.
Pricing and Availability
The Aurora Washlet Plus S7A is available at a price of $3,648. A Washlet S2 bidet model is also available for $2,418, offering a more affordable option with fewer features.
