Pawtucket Sex Offender Arrested for Failure to Notify of Address Change

PAWTUCKET, R.I. – Aloysius C. Weah, 46, was arrested on March 2, 2026, by the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force for failing to notify law enforcement of an address change, a violation of state law for registered sex offenders.

According to a press release from the Rhode Island State Police, Weah was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Pawtucket Police Department. His last known address is 100 Park Place Unit 204, Pawtucket.

On the same day, Albert Monteiro, 58, of Providence, was arrested on charges of felony leverage of credit cards and fraudulent computer access. Luis De Leon, 40, of Providence, was also arrested for vandalism/malicious injury to property.
