Ssangyong Engineering & Construction (E&C) has announced plans to recruit 35 new graduates and experienced professionals across eight divisions for the 2026 intake. The company is bolstering its workforce to support growing domestic and international project volumes and drive future growth.

The recruitment drive will focus on filling positions in architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical systems, plant engineering, safety, sales and management. Ssangyong E&C is seeking to strengthen its competitiveness in these core business areas.
Eligibility and Application Process
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or be scheduled to graduate by August 2026, or complete military service by June 2026. Candidates must also be eligible for overseas assignments, with preference given to those with relevant qualifications and strong foreign language skills – specifically English, Spanish, or Arabic. Veterans and individuals with disabilities will also receive preferential consideration, in accordance with applicable laws.
The selection process consists of several stages:
- Online document screening
- Online aptitude test
- Working-level interview
- Interview with executives and team leaders
- Final interview with senior management
