New Captain Appointed to La Línea de la Concepción Civil Guard

La Línea de la Concepción has a new captain at the helm of its Civil Guard detachment. Juan Becerra officially assumed the position, with a welcoming meeting held with Mayor Juan Franco and Chief of Local Police, Rafael Aradas.
