Miami Open Secures Modern Sponsorships as Ownership Transitions to Mari

The 2026 Miami Open, a premier event on both the ATP and WTA tours, has attracted several new sponsors while retaining key partnerships as it prepares for its first tournament under new ownership. The tournament is scheduled to seize place from March 17 to March 29 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.

New Sponsorships Announced

Joining the Miami Open as new partners are Italian tire brand Pirelli, health and wellness firm Thorne, Brazilian tech company CRMBonus, pet food brand Purina Pro Plan, luxury eyewear brand Oliver Peoples, travel agency MundoTenis Tours and Vanda Pharmaceuticals. These companies will have a brand presence and activation opportunities throughout the tournament.

Key Sponsor Activations

Pirelli will track serve speeds with on-court visibility, digital initiatives, and fan engagement. Thorne has been named the exclusive provider of vitamins, minerals, and supplements, with integration into athlete preparation spaces and global broadcasts. Select Thorne products will be available in player locker rooms, along with branded shaker bottles.

Returning Platinum Sponsors

Presenting partner Itau leads a strong roster of returning platinum sponsors, including the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Cadillac, Betway, Emirates, Lacoste, Stella Artois, La Roche-Posay, Disney Cruise Line, and DoorDash. Additional sponsors renewing their commitments for 2026 include Baptist Health, PNC Bank, Sea-Doo, Publix, Moroccanoil, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Siggi’s.

Ownership Transition to Mari

This year’s event marks the first under new ownership, following the acquisition of the tournament by Mari, a sports and entertainment holding company led by Endeavor chief executive and co-founder Ari Emanuel, in October 2025. The deal, valued at over $1 billion, also included the Madrid Open and several WTA events, such as the Abu Dhabi Open, the Citi DC Open, and the SP Open.

Investment Group

Stephen Ross, owner of the Miami Dolphins, is a principal investor and co-owner in Mari. Other backers include funds managed by Apollo, RedBird Capital Partners, Qatar Investment Authority, and Ares Management.
