Scripps Sports Network to Launch, Focusing on Women’s Sports

The E.W. Scripps Company is set to launch Scripps Sports Network (SSN), a free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channel dedicated to live games, original series, and sports programming. The network will debut on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, and will be widely available on major streaming platforms.

Expanding Access to Live Sports

Scripps Sports Network aims to address consumer frustration with the rising costs and fragmentation of the sports media landscape. According to Brian Norris, Scripps’ chief revenue officer, the channel will offer “content you can access without friction, live sports, trusted news, original entertainment,” filling a gap in the market.
