A man was arrested at Kim Kardashian’s Hidden Hills estate after deputies found him loading items into a vehicle on the property, according to a law enforcement source cited by the Los Angeles Times. Authorities responded to the gated community just before 4 p.m. on a Sunday following reports of a burglary at the Long Valley Road residence.

Arrest Made at Long Valley Road Estate

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy Tracy Koerner stated that deputies arrived at the 24800 block of Long Valley Road after a suspect was observed loading items into a vehicle. Law enforcement confirmed that Kardashian and her children were living elsewhere at the time due to ongoing renovations on the property, though several of her cars remained at the location. The suspect was taken into custody on suspicion of burglary, according to Koerner. Officials have not publicly released the identity of the suspect, and the investigation remains active.

Ongoing Renovations and Compound Expansion

The Hidden Hills property has been the site of extensive construction and architectural changes over the past year. According to People, Kardashian’s primary residence underwent a sweeping remodel that nearly doubled its footprint. Aerial images from late 2024 revealed a massive extension and restructuring of the original framework, including new walls and expanded interior spaces.

Kardashian and her former spouse, Kanye West, originally purchased the sprawling Hidden Hills estate in 2014 for $20 million. Following their divorce, Kardashian acquired sole ownership of the home in 2022 after paying $23 million.
