TBC Bank Forecasts High Yield Amid Georgian Economic Growth

TBC Bank (LSE:TBCG) trades on the London Stock Exchange’s FTSE 250 index and carries a forecast dividend yield of 6.6%, according to market analysis. The lender operates as one of two dominant banks in Georgia, a nation experiencing economic growth driven by tourism and its status as a logistics and trade hub between Europe and Asia. TBC shares have risen nearly 300% over a five-year period, supported by profitable lending operations and the rapid expansion of its digital banking platform in Uzbekistan.

Despite this performance, the bank remains exposed to macroeconomic conditions. According to market analysts, any broader economic downturn or slowdown in global trade would likely impact the bank’s share price.

LondonMetric Property REIT Maintains High Occupancy

LondonMetric Property (LSE:LMP) is a FTSE 100 real estate investment trust (REIT) managing a £7.4bn portfolio across 680 assets, focusing on urban logistics, convenience, healthcare, and leisure properties. Key tenants across its portfolio include Amazon, Aldi, Ramsay Health Care, and Premier Inn, bringing the company’s occupancy rate to just above 98%, according to company data.

Recent geopolitical tensions and conflicts in the Middle East have driven volatility in global energy markets, raising inflation concerns and creating uncertainty around central bank interest rate cuts. Real estate investment trusts are sensitive to interest rate fluctuations, and a recent 6% dip in LondonMetric’s share price has pushed its forecast dividend yield up to 6.4%.

Aviva Delivers Profit Growth and Dividend Hikes

Insurance provider Aviva (LSE:AV.) reported its fifth year of profit growth for 2025, with operating profit jumping 25% to £2.2bn and general insurance premiums rising by 18%, according to company earnings results. The figures allowed the firm to hit its original £2.2bn operating profit target one year ahead of schedule.

Aviva CEO Amanda Blanc noted that the firm benefits from scale with nearly 22 million UK customers, a diversified business model, and market-leading technology. Alongside a 10% increase to its final dividend, the company launched a £350 share buyback programme. A recent 8% drop in the company’s share price over a one-week period has pushed its forecast dividend yield to an estimated 6.5%.

SIPP Dividend Reinvestment Strategies

Most SIPP providers permit automated dividend reinvestment, allowing investors to compound yields without manual intervention. While high-yielding assets can accelerate portfolio growth, tax treatment depends on individual circumstances and remains subject to future regulatory changes.
