Hony Estrella has officially left the radio program La Fábrica Radio just six months after joining the original lineup as a panelist, according to a public announcement released on Monday, September 28, 2026. The broadcast project confirmed that Estrella’s departure actually took place on the previous Wednesday, September 23, without explaining the reasons behind the decision.

The radio space published the announcement through its social media networks minutes before starting Monday’s broadcast, noting that the communicator and actress is no longer part of the team. Until now, Estrella has not made any statements regarding the matter, and it remains unclear whether she resigned from the space or if it was a dismissal.

Departure Announcement and Official Statements

In the official communication shared on Instagram and other social platforms, La Fábrica Radio addressed the separation by stating,

“Hay etapas que cumplen su propósito y llegan a su cierre”

. The production thanked Estrella for the time shared during the first six months of the project and valued the professionalism she displayed throughout this stage, while wishing her success in her current and future professional commitments and projects.

The program initially launched in March under the production of Caribbean Media World, featuring an original cast of hosts and panelists that included Cheddy García, Hony Estrella, José Matos, Sarine Feliz, Wandaly Soriano, Candy Flow, and Enger Luna.
