Man Faces Murder Charge in connection with Fatal Overdose in Inver Grove Heights
A 36-year-old man from Minneapolis is facing serious legal consequences following teh death of a 42-year-old in Inver Grove Heights. Daniel Joseph Rice has been charged with third-degree murder, accused of providing the substances that led to the fatal overdose.
