For actress Margot Robbie, nominated for an Oscar, nothing is better than being a mother.
“It’s fun, you try to explain to someone who has children, you don’t need to do it because they understand it,” she said to Entertainment Tonight, then joked, “And if they don’t, it’s probably very boring to listen.”
Robbie added, “It’s teh best.”
The actress and her husband Tom Ackerley welcomed their first child in October 2024.

Robbie and Ackerley have kept the details of their child’s life private, but a source close to the couple said to People that they have been enjoying time together “as a family.”
“They waited a long time to get pregnant, so it was almost incredible when the baby really arrived,” another source told People. “Both have been adapting to being parents.”
The source continued, “They are home, so it has been lovely spending time just them, at home with him. They are very happy.”
Robbie has previously spoken about her desire to have a large family. In a 2016 interview, she told Sunday Style, “I want tons of kids… I grew up in a family of four, so that sounds like a good number. We’ll see what happens; not soon. I know that once I have children, they will be my priority, so I want to do the family later.”
