Anheuser-Busch InBev Posts Third-Quarter Revenue Rise Amid Mixed Market Demand

Anheuser-Busch InBev reported a 4.9% increase in total third-quarter revenue, excluding divestitures, acquisitions, and currency fluctuations, driven by strong pricing strategies and product premiumization. While Latin America delivered robust volume and revenue growth led by Corona, Chinese markets continued to lag behind due to a sluggish local consumption recovery, according to financial reports reviewed by financial outlets.

De Tijd reported that investor reaction remained cool despite the multinational brewer outperforming general expectations, as the company’s share price has already climbed significantly since the start of the year. The brewer maintained its financial outlook for the full 2026 fiscal year, targeting an EBITDA increase of 4% to 8%, and declared an interim gross dividend of €0.40.

Latin American Markets Drive Growth While China Lags

Geographically, Latin America remained the primary engine for the brewer’s expansion. Test-aankoop noted that both sales volumes and revenues continued to climb across the region, heavily supported by the strength of marquee brands like Corona.

Conversely, demand in China remained a primary weak spot. Local consumption failed to exhibit a clear recovery during the period, dragging down regional performance. Non-alcoholic beers and Beyond Beer product lines offered a bright spot, posting revenue increases of 35% and 19% respectively. Total adjusted EBITDA grew by 3.9% to nearly $6 billion.

KBC Securities Raises Price Target Following Results

KBC Securities analyst Wim Hoste adjusted the price target for Anheuser-Busch InBev from €74.00 to €77.00 while maintaining a buy rating, according to a report cited by Beursduivel.be. Hoste pointed to the company’s return to volume growth as a positive indicator, helping offset years of pressure from affordability concerns and shifting consumer attitudes toward alcohol in mature markets.

The investment firm valued the brewer’s projected free cash flow yield at approximately 10% for 2026. Despite the analyst upgrade, the company’s shares traded down 1.2% at €72.16 following the initial market session.
