Albion Swim & Dive at MIAA Championships – Day 2 Results

HOLLAND, Mich. — The Albion College men’s swim & dive team concluded the second day of competition at the MIAA Championships in fourth place with 175 points at the Holland Aquatic Center on Thursday, February 19, 2026.

Current Standings

Hope College leads the championship with 423 points, holding a 53.5-point advantage over Calvin University.

Britons’ Performance – Day 2

Medley Relay Success

The Albion 400 medley relay team of Harper Prutch, Tyler Deubel, Jalen Hung, and Brody Roberts secured a third-place finish with a time of 3:40.81. This placement occurred after Hope College’s relay was disqualified.

500 Freestyle Results

Three Britons qualified for the finals in the 500 freestyle event. Tyler Deubel finished eighth in the A final, clocking in at 4:45.28. Holland native Harper Prutch and Wesley Jenkins placed fourth and fifth, respectively, in the B final with times of 4:51.91 and 4:56.47.

Individual Medley and Freestyle

Jalen Hung achieved a fifth-place finish in the B final of the 200 IM, recording a time of 2:00.02.

Freestyle Relay

The 200 freestyle relay team, comprised of Will Pentland, Brody Roberts, Steven Matyas, and Tyler Deubel, finished fifth with a time of 1:31.76.

Diving Results

Jeremy Romero placed fifth in the 1-meter diving event, scoring 373.75 points. Cam Thompson earned 12th place in the B final with a score of 236.30.
