Missing Boy Found Dead in Jakarta After 8 Months

A 6-year-old boy named Alvaro Kiano Nugroho, who went missing from Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta (Jaksel) eight months ago, has been found dead. Police have revealed that the victim was discovered in skeletal condition.
“We have just found a human skeleton believed to be Alvaro,” stated South Jakarta Metro police Chief Commissioner Nicolas Lilipaly to journalists on Sunday,November 23,2025.
Though, authorities are currently conducting DNA tests and laboratory examinations to definitively confirm the identity of the remains.
