Antam and Bukit Asam Officially Transition to Persero Status
Jakarta – Effective February 13, 2026, PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) and PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), both members of the MIND ID holding company, have officially transitioned to Persero (Limited Liability Company) status. This change follows decisions made at their respective Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders (EGMS) in December 2025 and subsequent amendments to Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Law.
Changes Stem from EGMS and BUMN Law Amendments
Antam held its EGMS on December 15, 2025, with the primary agenda being adjustments to the company’s Articles of Association to align with the updated BUMN Law. The EGMS approved changes to the company name. According to Antam Management, as of February 13, 2026, the company’s official name is PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk, or PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk.
