Andrew Jenkins Appointed Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Baruch College

NEW YORK – Baruch College has named Andrew Jenkins as the new Head Coach of the Men’s Soccer program, effective March 4, 2026. The announcement was made by Director of Athletics & Recreation, Heather MacCulloch .

Jenkins’ Background and Experience

Jenkins will be responsible for all aspects of the NCAA Division III program, including player recruitment, student-athlete development, alumni relations, fundraising, and coaching the team during the fall championship season.

Jenkins’ passion for soccer began at a young age, with a strong foundation in both playing and coaching. He started his coaching career at 19 years old with Glentoran Football Club, a prominent academy in Northern Ireland, while simultaneously earning a BSc in Business Management from Queen’s University Belfast. During this time, he earned his UEFA B Coaching License and focused on developing young talent .

In 2014, Jenkins moved to the United States to pursue a full-time coaching career. He gained experience with organizations like Global Premier Soccer and Liverpool FC International Academy before joining South Bronx United in 2017 as Director of Soccer – a role he continues to hold. Over the past eight and a half years, he has led South Bronx United to significant growth, including EDP League championships, multiple tournament titles, and a program-best #3 ranking in New York State .
