On February 28, 2026, Bhad Bhabie shared the update on X (formerly Twitter), stating, “Bad news from my doctor yesterday, god has the last say so not my cancer.” E! Online and National Today reported on the post.
Bhad Bhabie, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, initially disclosed her cancer diagnosis in November 2024 after facing online scrutiny regarding her weight loss. At the time, she explained that her weight loss was a side effect of cancer medication, stating, “I’m sorry my cancer medicine made me loose [sic] weight. I’m slowly gaining it back. Mother’s Response to Online Trolls
Barbara Bregoli addressed internet trolls in a March 1 Instagram video, condemning those who suggested her daughter’s diagnosis was “karma.” She stated, “Let me say this, social media has grow an app where people think they can come on here and say the most vile things…and think it’s funny because they’re hiding behind a screen.”
She continued, “But to turn around and say someone who has cancer, that’s their karma, that’s a low form. That’s the lowest form of anything. Babies don’t ask to get cancer…nobody asks to get cancer.” Barbara Bregoli also warned against speaking negatively about situations people haven’t personally experienced, adding, “Don’t ever say something about someone unless you’ve experienced it.” E!
