A bilingual Project Manager is sought for a permanent, hybrid position based in Saint-Rémi, Quebec. The role requires a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle, with the expectation of working from home 2-3 days per week depending on project needs. This position emphasizes strategic client relationship management, team coordination, and flawless project execution.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of projects, from initial planning and coordination to final delivery. This includes ensuring projects adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Project Management: Plan and structure projects, defining timelines, deliverables, required resources, and potential risks. Maintain budgetary control and margins. Proactively identify and resolve issues, maintaining a comprehensive overview while attending to detail.
• Strategic Client Relationship: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, clarifying priorities, and ensuring alignment throughout the project. Lead follow-up meetings, conduct post-event debriefs, and provide confident, professional advice.
• Team & Vendor Coordination: Mobilize internal teams and external partners, fostering smooth communication among all stakeholders. Guarantee on-site execution that consistently meets established standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within fields such as events, production, marketing, or a related area.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets and timelines.
