Celebrate Recovery Hosts Annual Fundraiser at Perlis Park in Cordele
Celebrate Recovery hosted its largest fundraiser of the year on Nov. 7 at Perlis Park in Cordele, the Cordele Dispatch reported. The Christ-centered addiction recovery program drew crowds for a well-attended car show featuring a lineup of classic and late-model vehicles.
Ministry leader and recovering alcoholic Chris Willis said the program extends far beyond substance abuse support. Overeating, pornography, codependency, any kind of hurt, habit, and hang-up,
Willis said of the struggles addressed by the group. We just love to see people get healed.
