Lillias White to Kick Off Core Theatre Group’s 2026 Season

The Core Theatre Group in Warwick, New York, will launch its 2026 season with a concert featuring Tony Award winner Lillias White on March 16. The season will also include productions of Buyer and Cellar and The Addams Family.

A Season of Diverse Performances

Lillias White, recently seen on Broadway in Hadestown, will be joined by Dennis Stowe (Aladdin) and local performers for the opening concert at Forge 28 Studios tickets are available for $25.00.

Following the concert, the company’s theatrical lineup will feature Jonathan Tolins’ Buyer and Cellar, starring Remy Germinario. Performances are scheduled for April 24-25 at The Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center, under the direction of Michael Kushner.

In May, Carbonell winner Elena Maria Garcia and Chris Perez will present their show, Do You Speak Mexican?, at The Theatre at Mountain Lake Park on May 15-16.

Additional Productions and Collaborations

Core Theatre Group has also announced several other planned events, including a co-production of The Addams Family with the Warwick Center for the Performing Arts. A production of Love Letters starring Tony winner Randy Graff is also in the works.

The company will host its second annual benefit concert, Core in the City Cabaret, at The Laurie Beechman Theatre in New York City, and an industry concert of Paul Loesel and Scott Burkell’s LMNOP. A 2027 collaboration with Casey Likes (Heathers) is also planned.
