Cork Couple Judy Collins and Graham Smith Celebrate Dunmore House Hotel Wedding

Judy Collins, from Carrigaline, and Graham Smith, from Crosshaven, celebrated their wedding at the picturesque Dunmore House Hotel in County Cork at the end of 2025. The couple, together for a decade and engaged since August 2024, opted for a personal, romantic, and humorous celebration.

A Romantic Beginning

Graham proposed to Judy on the summit of Mount Srd in Dubrovnik, Croatia, at sunset. After considering locations from Croatia to Clonakilty, they ultimately chose Dunmore House Hotel for their special day.

The Ceremony and Reception

The oceanside ceremony was led by celebrant Thomas Harty. Caoimhe Barret, a friend of the couple, performed Fleetwood Mac’s “Songbird” as Judy walked down the aisle. The reception also took place at Dunmore House Hotel.

Family and Friends

The couple were supported by their families, including parents Amy Busteed Collins and Kevin Collins, and Jacinta and Michael Smith. Grandmothers Pat Collins and Margaret Griffin were also in attendance. Tara Nolan served as maid of honour, and Ian Smith was the best man.

Wedding Details

The bridal party included bridesmaids Caitriona Kelly, Casey Smith, and Hannah Dineen, and groomsmen Barry Ryan, Cian Byrne, and Rob Shanahan. Judy’s cousin, Mikey Collins, served as the ringbearer. Judy wore a gown from The White Ivy in Kenmare, while Graham’s attire was sourced from Savilles Menswear in Cork.

Vendors and Entertainment

The wedding was made memorable by several key vendors. Peter Barrett of Dunmore House Hotel ensured a calm build-up to the event. Peadar O’Callaghan provided music for the ceremony and reception, and The OffBeats Band entertained guests during dinner and the evening. Dawn Monaher handled bridal hairstyling, and Nikki Burke was the makeup artist. Photographer Dylan Clifford captured the day, with additional content created by Emi Laguna and Daragh Twomey. Floral décor was provided by Flicks Howe.

A Lucky Day

Despite the time of year, the couple were fortunate with the weather. The day after the wedding, the group even enjoyed a swim in Inchydoney.

Honeymoon Plans

Judy and Graham plan to honeymoon in Canada in August, embarking on a road trip through the Rockies.
