Delhi Township Revamps Bike and Skate Park, Relocates to Kiwanis Park

Delhi Township, Michigan, has officially opened its newly renovated bike and skate park, now located at Kiwanis Park. The relocation was necessitated by the construction of a new Sycamore Elementary School by Holt Public Schools. The revamped park features updated amenities for riders and skaters of all levels.

The bike and skate park now boasts additional rails and a half pipe, expanding the options for users. Kiwanis Park, located at 14 acre, provides a new home for the popular recreation area. The park is conveniently situated near existing tennis and pickleball courts, as well as softball and soccer fields, making it a central hub for outdoor activities in the township.

Relocation Due to School Construction

The decision to relocate the park stemmed from Holt Public Schools’ plans to build a new Sycamore Elementary School. This required the dismantling of the previous bike and skate park location to facilitate construction.
