Role Overview
The Digital Brand Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing the GC digital brand marketing strategy for basketball. This includes ensuring all activations meet high-quality standards and resonate with consumers during key moments. The role demands strategic storytelling to align stakeholders and manage resource planning for precise execution. Collaboration with creative talent is essential to deliver world-class consumer experiences.

- Strong command of digital platforms, including e-commerce and apps.
- Experience leading diverse, high-performance teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to balance creativity with discipline in a fast-paced environment.
- Global networking capability and experience in cross-cultural collaboration.
Collaboration and Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing GC and will lead a team orchestrating the digital marketing offense for Basketball. Close collaboration will be required with:
- Global Digital Marketing team
- GC Basketball marketing teams
- Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) team
