Dream League of India to Host Tennis ball Cricket Trials in Varanasi
Varanasi, Uttar pradesh – Dream League of india (DLI) will conduct a selection camp in Varanasi from January 14th to 16th, 2026, as part of its nationwide initiative to discover emerging talent in tennis ball cricket. The trials will be held at Harishankar Singh Stadium, located in pahari Village, DLW Colony, with registration commencing at 8:00 AM each day.
The selection process is divided into two distinct age categories: Junior, for players aged 13 to 18 years, and Senior, for those 18 years and above. DLI aims to identify promising athletes and offer them a structured pathway to competitive tennis ball cricket. Each category will feature six teams within the league.
Chaitanya Nanda, Founder of Dream league of India and a former cricketer, emphasized the league’s commitment to regional talent development. “Through the DLI Trials, we aim to identify talented players from the region and provide them a structured platform to grow and compete at the highest level,” Nanda stated.
This event represents a significant opportunity for aspiring tennis ball cricketers in the Varanasi region to showcase their skills and perhaps join the Dream League of India. The trials are a key component of DLI’s broader strategy to popularize and professionalize the sport across the country.
