Cotter held leadership roles at Legora, Revolut and Epidemic Sound
Cotter previously held leadership roles at legal AI company Legora, Revolut, and Epidemic Sound.
I’ve sat across the table from some of the world’s largest organisations, and I’ve seen the same pattern every time: teams negotiate hard, sign, and move on,
Cotter said.

she added.
Juritas, a "contract intelligence" startup founded by Legora alum Michelle Cotter, has closed a €1.4 million pre-seed raise, as reported in a post at Silicon Republic. From the post: "Juritas, an Irish-founded and Stockholm-based “contract intelligence” start-up, has raised…”
Juritas uses capital to expand engineering and product development
Juritas helps businesses track value in contracts after signature, including unclaimed discounts, supplier commitments, renewals, and obligations. The startup plans to use the new capital to expand its Stockholm engineering team.
The funding will also accelerate product development and build enterprise-grade security infrastructure for large corporate customers. Contracts are the operating system of every business, yet almost no company knows what’s really in theirs. It’s one of the largest blind spots in enterprise software,
Cotter stated.
Michelle has seen first-hand what it takes to build a category-defining European company, and she’s bringing that ambition to a problem every enterprise has. We’re thrilled to back her from the very start,
said Will Orde, a partner at Passion Capital.
