Gerard Sanderink Faces Definitive Ruling of Mismanagement at Centric and Oranjewoud

The Ondernemingskamer (Enterprise Chamber) of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal has issued a final ruling finding Gerard Sanderink guilty of years of mismanagement at IT company Centric and construction company Oranjewoud. The decision, reached on December 11, 2025, removes Sanderink from his position as a director at both companies and places his shares under management for a period of time.

Years of Mismanagement Confirmed

The court concluded that between January 1, 2018, and November 3, 2022, the healthy existence of Centric was under significant pressure due to Sanderink’s leadership. The Ondernemingskamer found Sanderink primarily responsible for this mismanagement, noting his difficulty in accepting capable leadership alongside him.
