Key Responsibilities of the Performance Delivery Lead
The Performance Delivery Lead for Europe will be responsible for transforming the Marketing Hub into a high-performing engine that accelerates brand and market growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading Marketing Hub Performance: Overseeing the operational performance of the Marketing Hub across European markets, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Marketing, Business Units, and strategic partners.
- Capacity Release & Process Redesign: Redesigning and industrializing marketing operations to reduce duplication and complexity, freeing up marketers to focus on strategic initiatives.
- Operational Excellence & Digital Enablement: Continuously optimizing Hub delivery through performance management, process improvement, and the implementation of enabling technologies.
- Global Alignment: Ensuring European Hub operations align with the global GMS blueprint while representing regional needs.
- Performance Management: Assuring excellence in Service Delivery, managing conclude-to-end performance metrics and scorecards, and overseeing commercial and contractual relationships with partners.
- Team Leadership: Leading a regional Performance Delivery Team and fostering a high-performance culture.
