Q Billiard & Spincity at Agora Mall in Jakarta, Indonesia, has implemented a comprehensive audio system from Harman Professional Solutions to enhance the experience at its billiards lounge and bowling alley. The entertainment venue, situated within the Thamrin Nine complex, aims to provide a premium experience for visitors to the newly opened shopping mall.
Zoned Audio for Distinct Entertainment Zones
The audio system was designed and installed in partnership with AV integration firm Mega Kapuas Multiniaga, PT and distributor Inti Megah Swara, PT. Recognizing the differing acoustic needs of the billiards hall and bowling area, the system utilizes a zoned approach to deliver optimal sound quality in each space. The varying ambient noise levels and audience movement in each zone required independent control and precise system tuning.

Precise Control and Optimized Sound Quality
The zoned configuration allows staff to independently adjust output levels between the bowling lanes and billiards tables, ensuring clear audio without disrupting gameplay or conversation. Loudspeaker placement and calibration were carefully tailored to maximize intelligibility while supporting both background music and event playback. The speakers are designed to blend discreetly into the venue’s contemporary interior.
