Former film producer Harvey Weinstein, convicted of sex crimes, continues to assert his innocence, claiming any encounters were consensual, despite numerous allegations of sexual assault. The 73-year-old’s statements came in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, even as he awaits further legal proceedings.

Weinstein stated he was “pushy or overly seductive,” but denied ever sexually assaulting anyone. Weinstein was initially arrested in New York in 2018 and sentenced to 23 years in prison in 2020. However, this verdict was overturned in 2024, leading to a new trial. In 2023, he received an additional 16-year sentence in Los Angeles, which he is also appealing. He is currently incarcerated at Rikers Island, awaiting his next court appearance in April.
