Hyperscale Data Prepares Omnipresent Robotics Launch, Eyes Robotics Expansion

LAS VEGAS, March 19, 2026 – Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS), an artificial intelligence (AI) data center company, anticipates the full operational launch and commercial deployment of its wholly owned subsidiary, Omnipresent Robotics, LLC, across the United States in June 2026. This move signals a strategic expansion into the robotics sector, complementing the company’s existing AI infrastructure and digital asset holdings.

Omnipresent Robotics: A Focus on AI-Powered Automation

Established in January 2025, Omnipresent Robotics was designed to develop and deploy advanced robotic systems integrating AI, real-time data analytics and autonomous capabilities. The company aims to improve efficiency, reduce labor costs, and enhance service delivery across various commercial environments. Initial target verticals include hospitality, security, and enterprise automation.

Strategic Partnerships and Commercialization

Hyperscale Data anticipates that Omnipresent Robotics will secure contracts with third parties within the “foreseeable future,” enabling the commencement of business operations. According to Milton “Todd” Ault III, Executive Chairman of Hyperscale Data, the company has identified potential partners that could establish Omnipresent Robotics as a revenue-generating entity.

Even as optimistic, Hyperscale Data acknowledges the uncertainty surrounding revenue generation from Omnipresent Robotics in 2026 and has not included any contributions from the subsidiary in its previously announced revenue target of $180 million to $200 million.

Michigan Data Center as a Robotics Hub

The company plans to leverage its existing 617,000 square foot Michigan data center, with an additional 20 acres available for expansion, as a foundation for robotics deployment. The facility’s proximity to Chicago and leading universities, along with access to high-performance NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, positions it as an ideal location for robotics training, development, and advanced assembly.

Expanding the Robotics Ecosystem

Hyperscale Data anticipates announcing partnerships across the robotics ecosystem in the coming months. The company believes its large-scale Michigan facility can play a significant role in future robotics operations. Initial pilot programs and early-stage deployments are expected to initiate shortly and accelerate throughout 2026, with broader commercial adoption anticipated as customer demand grows.

Strategic Realignment: Divestiture of Ault Capital Group

Hyperscale Data as well announced its continued progress toward the divestiture of its wholly owned subsidiary, Ault Capital Group, Inc. (“ACG”), expected to occur in the first quarter of 2027. Upon completion of the divestiture, Hyperscale Data intends to focus on owning and operating data centers supporting high-performance computing services and holding digital assets. Until the divestiture, ACG will continue to operate its existing businesses, including an AI software platform, social gaming platform, and various other services.

Series F Preferred Stock Exchange

On December 23, 2024, the Company issued one million shares of Series F Exchangeable Preferred Stock to common stockholders and holders of Series C Preferred Stock. The divestiture of ACG will be facilitated through an exchange offer where holders of the Series F Preferred Stock can exchange their shares for shares of Class A and Class B Common Stock of ACG.
