As the joint operation progressed, officers arrested additional suspects, bringing the total number of detainees to 27. Authorities seized hundreds of grams of methamphetamine and marijuana, thousands of ecstasy pills, an ecstasy press machine, bongs, bladed weapons, firearms, and cash suspected to be drug proceeds.
Resistance and Demolition Plans
Prakoso noted that some individuals offered resistance during their arrests. He described this resistance as an attempt to divert law enforcement attention from the primary target area, adding that officers remained focused on their objectives. Suspects utilized illegal stalls along a railway track near Kampung Bahari to conduct drug trades. Police announced plans to demolish these structures to dismantle the illicit marketplace and pursue remaining dealers across other locations.
