Jessica Alba and Cash Warren Finalize Divorce, Agree on Joint Custody

After nearly a year of separation, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have officially finalized their divorce, reaching an agreement on the custody of their three children. A judge signed off on the settlement on March 16, 2026, bringing a close to the couple’s 16-year marriage.

Joint Custody Arrangement

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Alba and Warren will share joint legal and physical custody of their daughters, Honor Marie, 17, and Haven Garner, 14, and their son, Hayes Alba, 8. The agreement stipulates that neither party will be required to pay child support to the other.

Financial Settlement Details

The divorce settlement also outlines the division of assets acquired during their marriage, from May 19, 2008, to December 27, 2024. Community property, including homes, art, and furniture, will be divided equally between the two. Both Alba and Warren are entitled to half of each other’s earnings from film and television projects completed during their marriage. Alba’s acting credits include films like “Sin City: A Dame to Kill For” and “Valentine’s Day,” although Warren has produced projects such as “30 for 30” and “Crips and Bloods: Made In America.”

Warren will also receive 50 percent of the restricted shares in Alba’s company, The Honest Company. The agreement also prohibits both Alba and Warren from discussing the litigation or making disparaging remarks about each other in front of their children.

Path to Divorce and Current Relationships

Jessica Alba filed for divorce in February 2025, citing irreconcilable differences as reported by Yahoo Entertainment. She initially announced their split on Instagram in January 2025, expressing pride in their 20 years together and a desire to embark on new individual journeys.

Since then, both have moved on romantically. Alba is currently dating actor Danny Ramirez as noted by Yahoo, while Warren has been seen with actress and singer Seanna Pereira after a brief relationship with model Hana Sun Doerr.

Honor’s Educational Pursuits

The couple’s eldest child, Honor, is attending Yale University, following in her father’s footsteps. She is studying English and film studies according to reports.
