Professional wrestler Lady Frost is poised to become a free agent with her All Elite Wrestling (AEW) contract expiring on April 1, 2026, unless a novel agreement is reached. Fightful first reported the news.
Recent AEW Appearances
Frost’s most recent appearance on AEW programming was on January 10, 2026, where she was defeated by Mina Shirakawa on an episode of AEW Collision. Match highlights from that bout are available online. Prior to this, she hadn’t been featured on television since July 2025.
AEW and ROH Tenure
Frost began regularly appearing on AEW television in 2023, challenging for the TBS Championship on two occasions, with losses to both Kris Statlander and Julia Hart. Throughout much of her time with the company, she also wrestled for Ring of Honor (ROH). She also competed for CMLL, teaming with Taya Valkyrie in a tournament for the vacant CMLL Women’s Tag Team titles, ultimately falling short against Zeuxis and Dark Silueta.
Previous Promotions
Before joining AEW, Frost made appearances for the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). She also competed in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) in 2021 and 2022, unsuccessfully challenging for the Knockouts Championship.
Recent AEW Contract Extensions

During the match, Shirakawa received flowers from a secret admirer, which briefly distracted her before securing the win with a figure four leglock.
