Hickman, NE – A 35-year-old Lincoln man, Raymond Norton, was arrested Tuesday night after a disturbance at the Hickman Bar & Grill led to him allegedly assaulting Lancaster County deputies. The incident began with reports of Norton refusing to leave the establishment, escalating into a physical altercation with law enforcement.

Around 10:30 p.m., deputies responded to a call at the Hickman Bar & Grill regarding a man who was refusing to leave despite repeated requests [1]. Upon arrival, deputies detained Norton, who then allegedly resisted arrest. According to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office, Norton continued to struggle with deputies even after being handcuffed.
