She views it not as a static identity, but as an ongoing process – “an active verb, ‘to popstar’… something that you do every day and in small ways.” This commitment, she explains, is a “lifestyle,” a dedication to the art that permeates all aspects of her life.

She has shared the stage with Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, and Coldplay, experiences she credits with shaping her as an artist. Reflecting on opening for Taylor Swift during The Eras Tour, Peters expressed her awe at being a part of a historic event. “The Eras Tour is a feat that will be in the history books,” she said, noting the unique feeling of having her name, but small, associated with such a monumental tour.
She also fondly recalled performing with Coldplay, describing how quickly it became “a norm” to navigate the elaborate stage setups. Peters acknowledged the profound influence of both Swift and Coldplay, recalling studying them in school. “I did homework pieces on them in Year 7!” she shared.

Peters’ relationship with labelmate Ed Sheeran is characterized by mutual support and genuine connection.
