Market Master Data Register: Quality, Legal, Akkudoktor Forum

I bought a small AC plug-in battery for an existing solar system, which ensures that I no longer have to draw electricity at night.

Today I dealt with the topic of registering with the market master data register and am fascinated by how the place manages to remain ambiguous (for me) on several occasions.

The installer registered the solar system at that time. I didn’t know if I had access myself. There is the option of having the user names sent to an email address: Forgot username | MaStR

The result will show that something was sent, but maybe not if the “if” condition is not met.

The email received was similarly ambiguous:

This probably means that there is a user account where the username is the same as the email address.

Would it be so difficult to write: There are x user accounts created for the email address xxx@xx.de with the following user names?

Then the question is whether the storage is stationary or not and whether it needs to be registered:

On the one hand, it says that the obligation does not apply to mobile power stations.

But in the next paragraph, the obligation applies if you use electricity for your own consumption, which is what you typically do with a power station.

Now I’ve gotten some of my frustration off my chest.

It is not always easy to comply with data protection regulations without it sometimes seeming absurd.

Mobile storage does not have to be registered, and nothing else is actually said.
