Role and Responsibilities
The Marketing Assistant will contribute to the implementation of the company’s marketing strategy, participating in the design, deployment, and monitoring of marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and support sales. Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in the development and implementation of the marketing plan.
- Monitoring marketing campaigns (digital and in-person).
- Contributing to the creation of marketing content (posters, publications, newsletters, sales materials).
- Managing social media and the company website (publishing, updating, performance tracking).
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Assisting in the organization of promotional events and trade shows.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities.
- Staying informed about marketing and competitive trends.
- Supporting the sales team in implementing promotional actions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 or Bac+4) in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Essential skills and qualifications include:
- Proficiency in office software and AI tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite…) is an advantage.
- Creativity, organization, rigor, and autonomy.
