Megaplex Secret Cinema arrives on October 5, 2026, offering audiences a mystery screening weeks before official releases. Tickets cost $5 per screening, and attendees only learn the film’s rating and ticket price before the projector starts.
Megaplex Secret Cinema Hides Movie Titles Until Showtime
The October 5, 2026 event challenges traditional ticket purchasing by withholding the title, plot details, and exact runtime until the auditorium lights dim. Regal offers contrasting seasonal ticket options, including its 31 Screams on Screen horror series running through October at $7.99 per ticket, regmovies.com reported. While Regal ties specific promotions to named titles like Verity, Digger, Beware Bouina, Monster Mia, and Heart of the Beast, the Megaplex format relies entirely on anonymity to draw crowds seeking early access.
Ticket Prices and Showtimes at Local Theatres
Audience members can select a local theatre to check available showtimes and secure admission for the $5 flat fee. Regal incentivizes its loyalty base through separate mechanics, offering Regal Rewards members a free eligible Mars candy when purchasing opening weekend tickets for Verity between October 1 and October 4, according to regmovies.com. Regal also grants free IMAX upgrades to members booking tickets for Digger between October 1 and October 14, alongside 500 extra points for screenings of Beware Bouina.
US state laws let consumers opt out of data sales
California residents retain the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information across business platforms and devices under state privacy laws. Consumers in Virginia, Utah, Colorado, and Connecticut possess parallel rights to opt out of data sales and targeted advertising processing by toggling preference switches on ticketing portals.
