Colombia enters the regional competition following a month-long training camp, though head coach Paolo Montagnani noted the squad arrived with a limited number of friendly matches. According to Montagnani, the team features a blend of veteran players and younger talent as they open a busy summer schedule.
Cuba’s delegation arrives in Santo Domingo with aspirations of capturing the gold medal. Team manager Yumilka Ruiz stated that the roster combines rising young athletes with players who competed in the Volleyball Nations League (VNL) earlier in the season.

Head coach Carlos Orta Fellove reported that the team underwent a significant roster rebuild, retaining just four experienced players from a squad that secured standout blocking and libero statistics at last year’s Final Six.
Venezuela completed a ten-day training block hosted by the Dominican Republic prior to the tournament. Head coach Rubén Wolochin stated that the team adjusted to recent roster changes through the pre-competition camp and aims to build momentum match by match.
