March 4, 2026

A lawsuit filed in Los Angeles court alleges that Michael Jackson engaged in a pattern of sexual abuse and violence against four brothers, spanning several years. The accusations, brought forth by Edward, Dominic, Marie, and Aldo Cascio, claim the abuse began when they were as young as seven years old.

The Cascio Brothers’ Claims

The Cascio brothers allege they were “drugged, raped, and sexually abused” for years. According to reports, the alleged abuse occurred in various locations, including the homes of Elizabeth Taylor in Switzerland and Elton John in England. ETonline Staff reported on the details of the lawsuit.

Past Support and Current Allegations

Notably, the Cascio family had previously publicly defended Michael Jackson, including during his 2005 criminal trial, which resulted in his acquittal. Though, the brothers now state that the documentary Leaving Neverland prompted them to arrive forward with their accusations.

Jackson Family’s Response

Lawyers representing the Jackson family have characterized the lawsuit as an attempt to extort money.

Background: Jackson’s Relationship with the Cascio Family

The accusations state that Jackson initially met the Cascio brothers through their father, who worked at a New York hotel frequented by the singer. Jackson reportedly cultivated a relationship with the family by providing expensive gifts.
